The AI Lending Lab is an in-person workshop for senior leaders in lending and mortgage operations. It is designed for people who own a function, understand its workflows and can help decide what changes next.

The Lab brings 12–15 leaders together across four coached tables. You bring a workflow; we use shared challenges and sample data to make the work practical. No coding experience is required.

What you will work through

• Learn: see practical AI applications and ways to assess their usefulness.
• Build: develop a prototype around a lending workflow with a coach supporting your table.
• Demo: show the result, test the output and discuss its limits.
• Plan: identify what to evaluate over the next 30, 60 and 90 days.

What you take back

A prototype, your prompts and build steps, and a plan for evaluating the next step with your team. A workshop build is a learning artifact; it still needs appropriate review before use in live lending operations.

Reuven Gorsht is co-founder and CEO of Deeded, previously co-founded MoveSnap and held senior roles at SAP. His work focuses on leaders applying AI and evaluating its output.

Chris Grimes is CEO and co-founder of FundMore.ai, building AI-powered underwriting technology, with experience across mortgage origination, brokerage and lending technology.

Prepare a workflow, not a borrower file.

Bring a laptop and a concise description of a workflow you understand. Use sample data in the Lab. Do not bring borrower records, credentials or confidential business documents.

For example, bring the steps in your document intake process, the questions your team asks during exception review, or a description of a recurring report. Discuss any data or confidentiality questions with us before attending.
